Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your web hosting package at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
Is a domain name included?
Domain names are purchased separately, but we are happy to help with registration and configuration. We can also manage your existing domain.
How does backup work?
Automatic backup is taken daily and stored securely. You can request to restore your website from e.g. the day before.

Can I have multiple websites?
Yes, depending on which package you choose, you can have multiple websites on the same account. Premium allows 5 sites, Ultra 25 sites.
What support is included?
All packages include support via email during weekdays 9-17 for the web hosting service itself. This means we help with questions about operations, login and simple adjustments in the environment. More advanced troubleshooting in your website or development work is billed according to our consulting rates. If needed, we can agree on extended support through a separate agreement.
Are email services included in web hosting packages?
Email services are not included as standard but are offered as an add-on via Microsoft 365. We have different packages for business email. Help with setup, changes and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 is billed according to our consulting rates or according to a separate agreement.
