12 month agreement
All packages run on 12 month agreements with monthly billing. After the initial period, the agreement continues month-to-month.
Hours don't roll over
Unused hours expire at the end of each month. This ensures consistent service and fair pricing for everyone.

Common questions
What counts towards my hours?
All work we do on your website: text changes, image updates, code modifications, optimization, troubleshooting and support. We track time in 15-minute increments.
What if I need more hours one month?
We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. Extra time is billed at our standard hourly rate. Or upgrade to a larger package for better value.
Can I use Webbdrift for a new website?
Webbdrift is for maintaining existing websites, not building new ones. Since hours don't roll over, you can't save up for a larger project. Contact us about web development for new sites.
Do you fix errors we didn't cause?
Yes, we help with typos, broken images, formatting issues and other content problems regardless of who caused them. We want your site to look its best.
How fast do you respond?
Most requests are handled within 1-2 business days. Plus and Pro packages get prioritized response. Urgent issues are handled as quickly as possible.
