How long does it take to build a website?
A typical business website takes 4-8 weeks from start to launch. The time required depends on the scope of the project, number of pages, special features and how quickly you can deliver content and feedback. We also have express solutions for simpler projects that can be ready in a few days, depending on when we receive material from you and in what format.
What web hosting packages do you offer?
We offer web hosting solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. All packages include SSL certificate, daily backup, WF SecurityCloud protection and support via email weekdays 9-17 CET. Contact us and we'll help you choose the right package for your website.
Where are your servers located?
All our server infrastructure is located in Sweden, in our own facilities. We own and control the entire chain - from hardware to software. This gives us full control over security, performance and availability. Your data never leaves Sweden, which guarantees compliance with Swedish legislation and GDPR. No middlemen, no external cloud services - just Swedish quality and total transparency.
How quickly can you help with computer problems?
It depends on how much we have booked at the time, but we always try to help as quickly as we can during office hours. For urgent matters, we can sometimes offer prioritized handling at a higher rate. Send a request via the contact form or email us and we'll normally get back to you within one business day.
Do you offer on-site computer service?
Yes, we offer on-site visits in Lidingö and the Stockholm area. This is perfect for problems that require physical access or if you have multiple computers/networks that need help. The cost consists of a travel fee plus our hourly rate per started hour. Contact us for a quote and booking.
