Completely Paperless
Over a decade ago, we took the step towards a completely digital work environment. All processes are digitized, eliminating the need for physical printouts.
Energy-Efficient Servers
We use energy-efficient hardware and optimize load in our data center. Equipment lifetime is extended where possible and safe.
Responsible Recycling
We ensure proper recycling or destruction of equipment via approved partners. Sustainable materials are used where possible.
Digital meetings reduce travel
We reduce travel through digital meetings and remote support when possible, minimizing our carbon footprint from transportation.

Human rights
We respect human rights and decent working conditions. We do not accept child labor, forced labor or dangerous working conditions.
Equal treatment
We counteract discrimination, harassment and unequal treatment. All employees are covered by Swedish labor law.
Cybersecurity
We work preventively with information security and cybersecurity. Security, stable operations and integrity are central to our business.
Business ethics
We counteract corruption, undue influence and unethical business practices. We expect our key suppliers to follow applicable legislation.

Integration in governance
Requirements for sustainable supply chains are considered when selecting and following up external suppliers important to our operations.
Risk identification
At least once a year, we review our external suppliers and assess risks of negative impact on people, environment and society.
Prevention and mitigation
When we identify risks or actual negative impact, we develop appropriate measures such as new routines or requirements for supplier action.
Follow-up and documentation
We document significant risk assessments, decisions and actions. We evaluate external services regularly and switch providers if necessary.
Our supply chain
We strive for a transparent and controlled supply chain. The infrastructure used for our hosting and security services is owned and operated by Webbfabriken in our own data center on Lidingö.
No external suppliers have access to our systems or customer data. The only external system containing customer information is Fortnox for invoicing, which only handles public business information.
We use proprietary systems for administration, security and monitoring, giving us full control over our technical environment.

Report concerns
Suspicions of negative impact linked to Webbfabriken or our supply chain can be reported by employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. We handle complaints confidentially and do not allow retaliation against persons who in good faith point out problems.
How we handle reports:
- We document the incident
- We dialogue with affected parties
- We assess severity and decide on measures
- We follow up until the matter is closed
Transparency and follow-up
Our sustainability policy is public. It is reviewed at least once a year and in case of significant changes in operations or supply chain. Upon request, we can provide more detailed information about our work with sustainable supply chains.
