Why choose a standard package and not a premium one?
Our standard packages have a lower price than our premium services where your website shares resources such as memory and processor, on the same server as many other customers. Daily backup is included in all our standard packages where we back up the WordPress folder which also contains the plugin and your theme. The backup is saved (retention) for 7 days and you contact our support if you need to get any file or folder back.
If you have any technical problems on the website, contact our support during working hours, and according to the package you choose. We start troubleshooting during the working day. Is the error beyond our control e.g. in your WordPress theme, WordPress or your plugins you can pay for the resources you want. We have IT technicians, web developers, and security staff from whom you can order support. You can also buy extra support and emergency services, contact us for more information.

We take care of all the technicalities of a move when you want to change from the current supplier but can not or do not want to. We help to point out the website’s new location with the old supplier and also take care of DNS and e-mail if you so wish. How the website is built and what technology and any database technology it uses affects the time required for a change. If the website is built in WordPress, it usually takes 1-2 hours to complete.
You choose whether you just move the website from the current supplier to us or change all services at the same time after we have agreed with you and planned for when the change will take place. When it is ready, we will notify you and you can test that it works as it should.
A WordPress page may need to be updated to the latest and current WordPress version in order for it to fit into our environment. If you want extended support beyond the times each package has, you can sign a support and on-call agreement with us.
